Please be advised there is a 24 hour cancellation fee. If cancelled the day of the appointment (unless for emergency situations), you will be charged the full rate of the service. Please keep in mind that insurance companies do not cover late cancellation/no show fees it is your responsibility.

Much like a dentist, Emergency Room visit, or other specialty doctor’s appointment co-pays, deductibles, etc (any payments) will be collected at the start of the session. A credit card is required to be on file via my online EHR system SimplePractice in order to pursue services.
